I bought this for a girlfriend of mine whose 7 year old granddaugher wants to learn sign. I previewed the book when it arrived and I found it to be age appropriate and extremely well written for a young child to comprehend. Good buy.

Although it displays the signs well, I don't feel that any of them were words that would benefit my toddler's communication skills. They weren't useable signs for the most part.

I purchased this for my 3-year-old grandson, who already knew some basic signs. While he has no hearing difficulties, his mother and I both feel that this is an important language to learn. This book is very user friendly, which will make it much easier to expand his signing vocabulary.
