I bought this book for my grandson on his visit and he could not get enough of it. It is his request that this book be read to him everyday. He knew the book word for word by the end of his 2 week visit. He also was able to enjoy the humor of it all. I will continue to look for books by this author, and books in the David series.

This book series is excellent for early readers, however, some of the actions of David will require explanation, so your child won't get the wrong message. Very funny.

MY 3 YEAR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER REQUESTED THIS BOOK EVERY TIME WE VISITED THE LIBRARY, WHICH IS EVERY WEEK! sHE LEARNED TO READ IT TO HER PARENTS.I FINALLY BOUGHT IT FOR HER SO SHE COULD READ IT ANY TIME SHE WANTS!
