this is an old story but still a great story for CHILDREN, I myselve did not like the movie but love the book...its a great story for everyone who loves clssics...

The pictures are incredibly dull for a childrens book and the story is not much better! My son literally fell asleep while i was reading it to him.

This book is great if your child's imagination has started working. Our 4 year old thinks it is really funny. I think a younger child wouldn't understand it though.
