Didn't love it as much as the original stories

My kids absolutely adore the "If you give a mouse a cookie" and "If you give a pig a pancake" and all the other ones until this one. For some reason I just didn't think it was as cute of a story and my kids don't love it either. Of course, the art work is spectacular like the others but the story is just not as cute.

I kept hearing rave reviews about this book so I bought it for my 3 year old. I wasn't impressed. My son didn't care too much for it and either did I. It was just an OK book. Not what I was expecting since it got so much hype.

My 2 year old grandson loved this!!! His parents have to read it to him every night before he goes to bed. We are now on week 3 and he still wants this read to him!!!.
