I love the book--they talk about so many other flat breads besides pizza dough and there are a world of wonderful recipes in this excellent volume.

First pasta, then bread, now pizza

I'm a dough addict, and after playing with dough to make pastas and breads, pizza was my last frontier, didn't think I'd like it as much, but I do b/c of this book. I have all of three of the authors "...in 5 mins a day" books, so easy and user friendly. The tips to make a pizza that comes out looking authentic are here, and different styles--NY and Chicago-style, Sicilian, Spanish Coca pizzas, Masa Harina cornflour pizzas, whole wheat--something for everybody. Great for newbie pizza makers, like me!
